We are prepared and ready to help
At Your Favorite Recruiter LLC. we have taken steps to minimize health risks to our teammates, our clients and our communities. As the situation with coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to develop, our team is ready to support you.
Promoting health and safety. For everyone.
Nothing is more important than your health and safety, and the need to protect those most vulnerable to the coronavirus. Like you, we are closely monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) along with guidance from local and U.S. government health agencies. According to the most recent information from the CDC, for the majority of people, the immediate risk of being exposed to the virus that causes COVID-19 is thought to be low. With that said, we would like to share the following information in order to keep you updated.
Protocols, Procedures, and Preventive Measures
We will continue to serve our clients’ business needs, including meeting in-person, as appropriate and we are equipped to conduct calls utilizing ZOOM, Facetime and voice calls.
When appropriate, we suggest our clients consider using video as an alternative during the preliminary interview process. We also recommend replacing the formal handshake with a verbal greeting.
We are asking our direct hire candidates scheduled for interviews and our temporary associates on assignment, to self-check each day and monitor for signs of sickness and/or fever. Candidates that are in the interview stage (direct hire & temp positions) and associates on temp assignments have been instructed that if they are sick, to contact us immediately and are advised not to report to the client’s office. Associates currently on assignment are instructed that if they are at a client’s office and feel ill, to inform their manager, go home immediately and seek medical attention. Any associate diagnosed with COVID-19, will stay home until recovered and medically cleared to return to work.
If someone tests positive for COVID-19, or a possible exposure has occurred at your office, and either one of our direct hire candidates recently interviewed or our temp associates is currently working at that location, please ask our associate to leave your office. If possible, instruct & equip the temp associate to continue to work from home. Inform us immediately of the situation by calling 469-276-2653.
We understand that these times can be challenging and we want you to have confidence that you can rely on us when needed.
